Some of the Grand-kids on the monkey bars.

Diane, gifts don't cost money.  :-)   Can you believe tomorrow is Nov. 8th, already.  Get ready for Christmas now so you can enjoy Dec.   It comes so, so, fast.
I looked out the window and what did I see but a field of orange, gold and brown leaves covering all the lawns, up and down our street.  Our yards had been painted by, no other than, the "Paint Fairy", in the night.  After the rain last night, most of the leaves had fallen straight down and with no wind they stayed right there.  It was an amazing sight.  Now we need the "Rake Fairy" to come and clean up for us.  I forgot to take a picture, so hope it will be the same tomorrow and I will put the picture on my blog.
We had dinner over at Janene and Kevin's this eve.  They are really spoiling us with these wonderful meals.  Their kids have no idea, how nice it is, that they have a good dinner every night of the week.  It just isn't as common, of a practice, as it used to be.  We went over to the school play ground and took pictures of the 4 Law kids and also the 2 Killinger kids, on the monkey bars.  We did this a couple of times before, so, it is fun to see the difference, in how they look, and their different posses.

THE IMPORTANCE OF WALKING
We all get heavier as we get older, because there's a lot more information in our heads.  That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
I believe....
That you can do something in an instant, that will give you heartache for life.

  1. Goodmorning Robin - The monkey bars picture sure is cute......brings back memories, for sure. I was never a monkey bars kind of gal...remember dresses to school plus height was never high on my list. Walking the mall this morning, Sami and Joe coming over to do toenails which is always nice. Neighbors brought a big wheel over for Joe so he should be all over that...still not in to pedaling...one of these days he will be pedaling all over. Got some decent housecleaning done yesterday...soooo good for the mind and soul. We had lots of talking back and forth on raffle items to make for the 50th..could potentially have some really nice stuff to raffle off. Talked to Sharon Mansfield yesterday and she was a bit down with feeling so crummy all the time...health is sure not fair, as you well know. OK...time to hit the shower and pick up my buddy for walking...no Joe walking today. Thanks so much for the lotion..will be sure to use this morning after shower. Yesterday my main smell was "PineSol". Have a good day today honey....will probably write again tonight as we have to be at Kadlec at 6AM.......Love you, Diane
