This was our group of 21 bikes for todays ride. The oldest in our group is over 90 and still rides his GL1000 which he bought new in 1978 and has over 300,000 miles on it.
This is Bill. Robin was too tired tonight to write, so I'm writing for her. We got an early start on a ride which looped up and into the mountains today with ideal weather and Robin did very well. We stopped in Idaho City for lunch on our way back into Boise. By the time we got down into Boise City it was starting to get pretty hot, so after lunch Robin put on her cooling vest to finish the ride into Boise which was 100 degrees. That really zapped her energy, so she laid down until dinner time. Following dinner we had a wonderful program followed buy ICE CREAM.

I am into solitude, long walks,
sunrises, the ocean, yoga and meditation.
If you are the silent type, let's get together,
take our hearing aids out and enjoy quiet times.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
"All the great things are simple, and many can be expressed in a single word:
freedom, justice, honor, duty, mercy, hope, faith."
Winston Churchill
