We are so grateful for all those who have sacrificed for our freedom.

Oh boy, it's hard to write about something since I didn't do much of anything to write about.  I wanted to go to our monthly class luncheon but by the time I got ready I was too tired to go.  The tired part of this is hard but as we say....'This to shall pass'.  I spent a good part of the day horizontal, with my dogs at my feet.  They love it when I lie down.

WHAT LOVE IS
And the final one.
The winner was a four year old child whose
next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman
who had recently lost his wife.
Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went
into the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his
lap, and just sat there.
When his mother asked what he had said to
the neighbor, the little boy said,
"Nothing, I just helped him cry"

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
"It is curious that physical courage should be so common
in the world and moral courage so rare."
   Mark Twain

  1. Goodmorning Robin - We sure missed you and Bill at lunch.........surprisingly we had a great turnout. Paula Eggelston and Donna Schroeder joined us as well. That was sure fun. I am sure your little body was saying, enough all ready and happy you listened to it. I posted pictures on FB of lunch that you will enjoy. Have a great 4th of July....Larry is not playing golf today so we are going out and about a bit. Love you, Diane
