Today felt like the lazy, hazy, days of summer or should I say winter.  I did a lot of laundry.  I have more now since Kristene, Nicole and Andrew have moved in.  Good thing I like doing laundry.  I know she could do her own laundry but I'm pretty possessive with my washer and dryer.  I am so excited, I went to bed at 10:30 last night and I got up at 6:30.  I feel so much better when I do go to bed earlier and get up at a decent hr.  Janene called and asked if we could pick the boy's up after school and of course I said yes and then we talked a while.  Well, when we got through talking I completely forgot about picking  the boys up, until we received a phone call wondering where we were.  I tell you, if I don't write it down it just doesn't get done, for the most part.  Well,  "Elf"  is on now so I must see it for the third time.


One of our visiting Italian students at Sheppard Air Force Base said he wouldn't be able to fly that day.  "Why?" his teacher asked.  Marshaling all the English he knew, the student pointed to his ears and explained,  "It's my fallopian tubes.
