Diane...That's very exciting news Larry will be coming home.  I imagine he will be on a very strict diet.  We will pick a day and time to come and get the book.  I'm excited to read it.  Maybe Bill and I can have a race to see who can get it done first.  :~)  This eve. we went to Walmart to pick up an item we had ordered.  It was so cold out that I wore a hat.  It was nice to wear a hat because I wanted to and not because I had to.  Did you know you can order an item from Walmart, and have it sent to the store, with no shipping charges.  We have done this a few times.  The hard part is getting someone to wait on you.  We got an apple peeler so it is easier to make our apple sauce.  We are hooked on this.  We make a batch before we are finished with the old batch.  It is so good and easy and I feel so domestic.


#8...Ways to declutter
Each Spring and Fall, do CPR on your closet:  Categorize, Purge, and Rearrange.  Carefully consider each item.  If it doesn't make you feel wonderful or look fabulous, it's a no.  Put it in the "to donate" box, and put that box in your car right away.


An elderly man visits the doctor for a checkup.  "Mr. Smith, you're in great shape," says the doctor afterward.  "How do you do it?" "Well," says Mr. Smith, "I don't drink, I don't smoke, and the good Lord looks out for me.  For weeks now, every time I go to the bathroom, in the middle of the night, he turns the light on for me."  Concerned, the doctor finds Mrs. Smith in the waiting room and tells her what her husband said.  "I don't think that's anything to worry about," she says.  "And on the bright side, it does explain who's been peeing in the fridge."
