Friends have a way of speaking without words.
Setting goals works. Think about what you want to accomplish this year in terms of your health. Whether it's losing weight, quitting smoking, exercising more, or eating better, you can achieve your desire by making it a concrete goal. Set a realistic timeline with "mini goals" and take practical steps to reach each one. Aim high for a year of great health and success! I have a colonoscipy tomorrow morning at 9:30 so I just finished drinking half a solution of water, some powder and lemon flavoring, a total of one gallon. It's not too bad now but at 2:30 A.M. I will finish drinking this stuff and by then it might not taste as good.
After searching for a particular book on dinosaurs in the science section without any luck, a customer looked to me for help. She showed me a piece of paper with the title written on it: Thesaurus.

Goodmorning Robin - Good luck tomorrow....the colonoscopy is not so bad...it is getting ready for it.....oh well, a good clean-out!!!
