We just got back from visiting Diane and Larry, at their very, cute, home. It was nice to see Larry doing so well. They have the cutest little Shishu, named Jacob. He sat next to me the entire time we were there. He knew I love dogs. We worked out this morning, at the gym. I used the bike this time and rode 7 miles. No wonder my legs are a bit sore. I found this recipe, on line, on how to make applesauce. It looked so good that I have been wanting to make it, for a while now, so this evening I got the apples ready, put the ingredients in the pan with the apples and let it simmer for 30 min. We put it all in the blender and...wa-la, it came out applesauce. It is the best applesauce I have ever made, so, that recipe is a keeper. We are now going to wrap presents. Have a very Merry Christmas.
Johnny walked in the door from school and I asked him how his classes went. "How about math?" "Terrific." "Did you get them all right? Were you speedy?" "Yes" "Quick--what's eleven take away seven?" Johnny thought a moment, then replied, "That's the only one I need to work on."
