Yarn at Jo-Anns, celebrating Breat Cancer Month

Diane, I am so sorry to hear about Larry's sister.  I also hope it is just a cyst.  Had a fun day with Janene.  We went to her ward and made a couple of fun things.  I will put them on my blog after Oct. is over.  At 4:00 we went to a singing program, that Eric was in.  They did an excellence job of singing.  Bill left for Texas this morning to see his brother, Guy and wife, Lois and family.  His brother has been in and out of the hospital lately.  A month ago Bill kept having a strong feeling he  should go see his brother and so he went on line to purchase tickets.  When he got there Lois had just taken Guy to the hospital because he wasn't feeling good.  Right after Guy got there he had a massive heart attack and hasn't come out of it yet so Bill didn't get to talk to him. He is only 69 yrs. old.  They give him a 10 to 15% chance.  I'm glad Bill is down there now, to support the family.  Guy's daughter just lost a baby boy, a month ago.  This is a hard time for them.
Enjoy each day.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
"It is not good for all our wishes to be filled;  through sickness we recognize the value of health; through evil,  the value of good;  through hunger, the value of food; through exertion, the value of rest ."

  1. Good morning Robin - I am so very sorry about Bills brother.....69 is way to young to have your life hanging in the balance. Sure goes to show though that we should follow those "gut feelings". Sure will be praying for him as well as Bill and you. Today we have a wedding at the Elks for a young friend which should be a fun occasion....other than that....I am still threatening to go out in the yard and get busy pulling petunias. Hope tomorrow I can report I got it done!!!!!!! Love you honey, Diane
