Interesting, don't you think?
Diane, we are happy Larry is doing well and that he won't have to give up golfing for very long.
Not such a hectic day as yesterday. Had my radiation this morning. What's really good about this is I am, in and out, in less then 30 minutes. On to Costco to have Bill's hearing aids checked because they were not working as they should. Home to finish laundry and pack. Janene came over to give her dad a hair cut. I usually do it but it hurts too much to raise my arm that long. She does such a great job because she has been doing her families hair for many years now. I think I am done packing now so trying to get to bed before 11:00.
Not sure if I will have internet access at the houses we rented in Sunriver, so if you don't see a new post for a few days, you'll know why.
HOW DO THESE PEOPLE SURVIVE
#4
I recently saw a distraught lady weeping beside her car. "Do you need some help?" I asked
She replied, "I knew I should have replaced the battery to this remote door unlocked. Now I can't get into my car. Do you think they (pointing to a distant convenience store) would have a battery to fit this?"
"Hmmm, I don't know. Do you have an alarm too?" I asked.
"No, just this remote thingy," she answered, handing it and the car keys to me. As I took the key and manually unlocked the door, I replied, "Why don't you drive over there and check about the batteries. It's a long walk....."
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect. It means you've decided to see beyond the imperfections.

Goodmorning Robin....So happy those radiation treatments are down and dirty (so to speak) and you are back on your feet right away. Have a wonderful time at Sun River, although, I know you will. Sorry that darn arm is still hindering you...time, time!!! We are going to the Elks tonight for a chinese dinner (my very least favorite thing)...Larry loves it and some fellow from the area is coming in to cook it. Will be interesting if nothing else. You two drive safe......Love you, Diane
