This is a picture of my good friend Diane, my faithful blog commenter.

Bill made a wonderful dinner tonight, steamed asparagus with hollandaise sauce, baked potato with all the trimmings and strawberry short cake with cool whip, very, very good. I think he has been holdin out on me, so I just might have to turn the cooking over to him more often.   When I am able to get out and about, Bill will have to carry me around in a wheel borrow, if I don't stop eating like this, soon, very soon.  I made a cute scarf/hat today to match my robe, oh, I am so chic.
Two more days and I will get some chimo juice, cocktail for the 2nd time and also find out what my blood count is, so, I hope, I can go places again, not that I don't love my home, I just want to see what I am missing.
I do manage to let my fingers do the walkin on the internet, you know, you can find anything on the internet, fingers are getting tired though, with so much internet walkin.

The children were lined up in the cafeteria of a Catholic elementary school for lunch.  At the head of the table was a large pile of apples.  The nun made a note, and posted it on the apple tray: "Take only ONE. God is watching."
Moving further along the lunch line, at the other end of the table was a large pile of chocolate chip cookies.
A child had written a note, "Take all you want, God is watching the apples.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling.
Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying.
