Lolo Hot Springs

So, how was your day?  Bill had a few errands to run so I tagged along.  Felt good to get out, however I wasn't allowed to go in with him.  He is a hard task-master.   Next Wed. I have my blood checked and I am sure my blood count will be up enough, so I can actually walk into a store,.... all by myself.  Wow, it doesn't take much to get me excited.  After nearly drinking 3 qts of liquid a day, you know where I spend a lot of my time.  Just watched a great movie about this young boy that had tourett's syndrome and how, with this dissability, he became a great teacher.  Very positive, good feeling, tear jerking, movie, and it was also very clean... amazing.

For weeks a six-year old lad kept telling his first grade teacher about the baby brother or sister that was expected at his house.  One day, the mother allowed the boy to feel the movements of the unborn child.  The six-year old was obviously impressed, but he made no comment.  Furthermore, he stopped telling his teacher about the impending event.   Finally, the teacher sat the boy on her lap and said, "Tommy, whatever has become of the baby brother or sister you were expecting at home?"
Tommy burst into tears and confessed, "I think Mommy ate it!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything;
they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.

  1. Goodmorning Robin - I copied your thought for the day and posted it on FB this morning. Thought all would enjoy. Must get busy and ready for Jack's service at 3:00 today. Will always miss him but happy he is with his dad and family who have gone before. Sure Judy is also making things comfortable for him and showing him the ropes.

    I love the hot tub picture.......hope the weather is better in the coming week. Think the weather on the computer looks better than in the paper so I am going with the computer!!!!!!

    Hope your blood tests are good on Wednesday and your "jailer" gives you a little space to roam. Happy he is keeping such a good eye on you though. Ron Hartley is leaving for Porteau Valarta(sp) this coming week and returning about the 23rd or 24th. He should have a wonderful time...I really liked it there and would like to go back.

    Have a good day honey - Will talk later - Love you, Diane

  4. Hello Grandma,
    Greg showed me how to write a comment the other day. Now I can write you.
    I think I watched that movie; I loved it. It is ingredible the way God uses our hard times to help other people.
    The story about the six year old boy is cute. I wish I know what Baileigh is thinking. Kids say the funniest things. Baileigh and I went to the mall and this little girl turned around and asked me why I was following her; we were both going to the little girls clothing section.
    We love you. @@
