I just asked Bill what I did today and he remined me that we met with our group at 1:00 then we came home.  Bill spent the morning, at the cannery, training the new people.  I spent most of the day doing mundain things, that would be boring to anyone, but I had fun doing my mundain things.  One big thing I did was quit playing Farmville.  I have been thinking about this, for quit some time, and I finally bit the bullet.  We started a new eating plan today, with the help of a program, on our computers.  We log in what we eat and it computes the calories and subtracts them from the total we put in.  This is how we lost weight some time ago.  Counting calories is the best way for us.  It's a new day.


THE IMPORTANCE OF WALKING
Every time I start thinking too much about how I look, I just find a Happy Hour and by the time I leave, I  look  just fine.

  1. Goodmorning Robin - We are up and going and ready to get to Kadlec and "get it done". Of course, easy for me to say!!!! I thought at lunch that you already look like you have lost quite a bit of weight...don't forget those meds can cause weight retention, etc. Good luck on the diet though....there is no doubt that counting calories is the best approach. Well dear, I will let you know how it goes. Forgot to send the dog home with Sami so will need to come back and forth.......maybe that is a good thing. Love you, Diane

  2. What program are you using on the counting calories? I really need to get serious - I was already fat and being on the road has made me even fatter. I need to stop this. A mundane day once in awhile is a day to be so enjoyed.
