Glacier National Park. Such a beautiful place. I would love to vacation there again.
I was a little lonesome today with Bill being gone but knowing he is having a good time makes it all worthwhile. He does come home tomorrow night, which I am very excited about and it's his birthday. I don't remember us ever being apart on our birthday's. First time for everything. Kareen came over after church and then Sean came over, so I wasn't lonesome anymore. At 5:00 we went to Kareen's house for a wonderful dinner, as always. I am keeping my feet up, very little salt, consuming less liquids and the swelling hasn't changed in my feet and ankles. Dr. Droesch explained it the best, in the fact, I was pumped with a lot of liquids during both surgery's and hasn't had time to leave my system, that is why he said to cut down on my liquid intake. Had to take a pain pill today for my arm. At times it really aches and the electrical charge on top of that really smarts. Oh well, as the saying goes, "This To Shall Pass".
LITTLE LARRY
Little Larry attended a horse auction with his father. He watched as his father moved from horse to horse, running his hands up and down the horse's legs and rump, and chest. After a few minutes, Larry asked, "Dad, why are you doing that?" His father replied, "Because when I'm buying horses, I have to make sure that they are healthy and in good shape, before I buy". Larry looking worried, said "Dad, I think the UPS guy wants to buy Mom..."
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
Sometime's "now" is the best time.
Goodmorning Robin........Sure that arm and swelling will both be better when Bill returns. I bought a bunch of stuff at Country Mercantile on our return from Spokane for Joyce's Basket. Now to get the basket put together!!! Off to the golf course this AM...ready for that exercise. We both missed Lowell Gunnoe and Helen McClendon...darn..I guess Lowell brought his son as well. I heard from Jan Sierer and she said they had a great time. Go "Class of 62"!! Have a good day honey, Love you, Diane
