Kareen and Sean

Woke up this morning with my pinky and the side of my hand up through my wrist.still numb, feeling like a wiggley, loose rubber band.  Such a weird sensation, but Dr. Fischer said the nerves take longer to heal.  I'm just really, really blessed that nothing was broken.  Bill was on a much needed motorcycle trip with Dick Brown and Dave Mills.  He came home by 11:30, which was sooner than I had expected, but that was good.  I had taken a pain pill before he came home, so I laid down for a couple of hours.
This is the big day for Kareen and Sean, because it is thier much awaited prom night at Southridge.    We all (his parents, us, Janene and Eric) went to "The Manor" at Canyon Lakes for picture taking.  Sean's Grandparents live there now since moving in, last Feb.  Amazing, beautiful, grounds for picture taking.


Q:  What are some of the advantages of perticipating in a regular exercise program?

A:  Can't think of a single one, sorry.  My philosophy is: No pain...Good!
