Got zapped this morning and then to Penney's because I had a $10.00 coupon that expired today, so I needed to use it or it would be like throwing money away and that is not a good thing. I bought an item that was $55.00 marked down to $40.00 and then with my coupon it was $30.00 so I spent $30.00 and saved $25.00. The way I look at it the item was almost free. We ran a couple more errands and then came home. Janene and three of her kids came by to show off their new school clothes. They were pretty excited. I'm glad we don't have to buy school clothes these days, Oh my, they are so expensive!! Kristene and Andrew came by, with dinner, and to watch "The Illusionist" that we got through Netflix and then the first "Nanny McPhee" came on TV so they stayed, with us, through that movie also. I have to see "The Illusionist" again because of the way it ended. We thought it was a good movie.

ReplyDeleteGood Morning Robin - Off to the BC Fair today with Joe, Benson, Jenny and Phyllis. Should be lots of fun!!! Looks like a faily nice day is Seattle on Saturday....brother...so hard for an outside event where the weather is concerned.
