I enjoy rainbows, so I choose this picture of a double rainbow over the ballistic missile site at the start of construction just south of Delta Junction, Alaska.

Robin has tried to do too much these last couple of days, consequently she doesn't have the energy to do her blog tonight; so, here I am again.
First, a comment to Diane regarding taking pictures at the luncheon on Saturday.  We will not be there, as I will be out of town.  I'm taking an opportunity to go on a bike trip with a couple of friends.  We're leaving on Friday and will travel over and up around the Olympic Peninsula and back thru Leavenworth on the way home.  We're having Kareen, one of our grand-daughters, come over to be with Robin while I'm gone.
Tomorrow we will be attending the funeral of a dear friend of ours that has lost her battle with breast cancer.  We loved her dearly.

HUMOR
"If we can laugh at it, we can live with it.  Laughter is like changing a baby's diaper.  It doesn't solve any problems permanently, but it makes things better for a while."
Brian Crane - creater of "Pickles"

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
"The art of life is to show your hand.  There is no diplomacy like candor.  You may lose by it now and then, but it will be a loss well gained if you do.  Nothing is so boring as having to keep up a deception."
E.V. Lucas, English author and critic
