This is my stash of goodies.

Diane, I'm sorry you have a sore throat.  They can be miserable.  You need to slow down a bit so your little body can heal itself.
When I was having radiation the machine stopped working again.  I was told it takes 4 computers to make it run right and once in a while something goes wrong and they have to wait a few minutes for it to start up again.  Even the person that works on it can't figure out what the problem is and why it stops working once in a while. That's a bit scary.  I was talking to one of the patients there and she was telling me her dad, who lived in Mexico, died of cancer because they just don't have the facilities like we do.  She also said her mother was moved here because she was dying of cancer.  Very Sad.   
The "Look Good...Feel Better" session, I went to today, was a lot of fun.  There were six of us and each one had a different kind of cancer and treatment.  It was fun seeing what was in our bags.  There are several different make-up companies, that donate to all cancer cntrs., that offer this program.
Tomorrow is radiation #28 then the week-end and then 2 more....I can do this.
Oh!,  I almost forgot, we did go to Costco and Bill bought me a new office chair.  It is so cute and just the right size.  The one I was using was second hand, which was fine, just too big.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
  One of the many things no one tells you about aging is that it is such a nice change from being young.  Ah, being young is beautiful, but being old is comfortable.
